Farm to Table Experience: Nourishing Young Minds and Bodies

At our preschool, the "Farm to Table" experience is not just a concept; it's a daily, hands-on adventure that engages children in the delightful journey from planting seeds to savoring a homemade organic vegetarian lunch and snack.

We believe in fostering a deep connection between children and the food they eat, making every meal a meaningful experience. Our little chefs actively participate in preparing their own meals, using ingredients sourced from our garden. We also use our outdoor grill and pizza oven weekly to prepare meals over fire and roast vegetables for morning snack.

The joy of baking together is a cherished tradition, occurring every Wednesday and Friday, allowing children to explore the culinary arts in a fun and collaborative setting.

Outdoor play is at the heart of our curriculum, embracing all seasons and weather conditions. Children become stewards of their environment, tending to the garden and forming imaginative connections with nature during play. Pinecones transform into oversized muffins, and lavender becomes imaginary carrots for stew.

Through this immersive and multisensory approach, we instill in children a lifelong appreciation for healthy eating, the joy of creating, and the wonders of the natural world around them.
